Cancellation & Return Policy
Returns:
Non-food related items may be returned to Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC within 7 days of receipt for store credit and subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and with proper packaging material. Custom engraving orders placed are FINAL. All jewelry is warrantied 30 days from purchase. Please retain original proof of purchase as it will be required in order to return an item for replacement or store credit.
Changes or Cancellation of Orders:
Once an order has been placed, and a form of payment has been accepted, your order will be processed with no other changes or modifications allowed. If you decide to cancel an order, or dispute payment of an order, you will be subject to a 20% service charge. If any paid order is refused at the time of service by the customer for any reason other than approved by Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC, the customer will be responsible for a 20% re-stocking and handling charge and original shipping charges. Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC has the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate charges.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're ever unhappy with our membership club service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selection for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what selection you'll receive, rest assured that everything we send has been personally selected by our experts for quality and maximum enjoyment.
