Take the MARSTON ST. exit- EXIT 45B. (approximately <0.1 miles)
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MARSTON ST. (approximately 0.4 miles)

Go Past sign for ONE CANAL STREET and 181 Canal Street will be the next building on the right hand side.
