Users should feel free to use this site as a shopping resource, but any other use of the site, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. In addition, the software used on this site is the property of Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC or its software suppliers and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

Damaged Items:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure that every item arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged we ask that you please contact us immediately via email at info@roseanddove.com. All claims must be submitted to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Returns:
Once again, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at info@roseanddove.com with the reason for your return.  Submissions must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be emailed back to you along with a shipping address in which to return the product(s) to.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in a new-like condition. The RA# must be marked clearly on the outside box. Please note we do not accept COD deliveries. Please make sure you use an insured carrier, as Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

Engraving or Personalized items cannot be returned.  Perishable items cannot be returned.

On all refunds, your original form of payment will be credited less a 10% re-stocking fee.  Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC has the right to charge your credit card for these appropriate charges.

Changes or Cancellation of Orders:
Once an order has been placed, and a form of payment has been accepted, your order will be processed with no other changes or modifications allowed.

If you decide to cancel an order, or dispute payment of an order, you will be subject to a 20% service charge. If any paid order is refused at the time of service by the customer for any reason other than approved by Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC, the customer will be responsible for the 20% service charge. Rose & Dove Gourmet, LLC has the right to charge your credit card for these appropriate charges.
