COVID Guidelines

Please note the following safety guidelines must be followed when visiting our brick & mortar location:

  • Masks - All customers who enter our store must wear a mask or face covering at all times (please note that your mask can NOT be worn under your nose.)
  • Social Distancing Please be respectful of other shoppers and keep a safe distance between each other while shopping inside our store. We have limited capacity of up to 10 guests at a time in order to maintain social distance requirements. Everyone in your party is counted, including children. Please be mindful while shopping that there may be other guests waiting outside. 
  • Hand Sanitizer - We ask that all guests sanitize their hands upon entering our store. We have a sanitizing stand to your left as soon as you walk in. Our staff regularly disinfects throughout the day our checkout surface areas as well as our front door.

 

We are also still offering curbside pickup for any order placed via our website. Simply call us at (978) 689-4141 as you enter our plaza with your order number and vehicle description and we will happily bring it out to your car for you.


Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time for shipments to be processed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipping carriers are experiencing high volumes and delays, so we are unable to guarantee arrival dates at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Please note we are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.  We suggest keeping all packing material, take photos and contact the appropriate shipping carrier accordingly.

Returns

We are happy to offer store credit within 30 days of purchase & with original receipt from our on-line shop. Items must be returned (either in person or mailed) in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Otherwise, returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please call us at (978) 689-4141 or email us at info@roseanddove.com for return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed and STORE CREDIT issued.

Please understand that all SALE or FLASH SALE merchandise is final.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, please note that the return shipping charges to Rose & Dove as well as shipping charges to send the new item(s) back are paid for by the customer. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange/return is due to a shipping issue that resulted from our error.
